Tata is coming with a new version of its Harrier to give a tough competition to its competitor like Creta, Hector, Xuv700 5 seater. The car will proceed with some changes in the design, such as new headlamps, front grill, alloys, etc.
The most significant change in the facelift is the engine that will come in petrol variant too, i.e., 1.5 litres turbocharged. The car will provide a force of 150bhp and will come in 2 types of transmission first is a 6-speed manual and 6-speed DCA(Dual-clutch automatic). Tata developed DCA, especially for Indian driving conditions.
The petrol variant will be an affordable option for SUV enthusiasts, and the suspension of the facelift also going to be improved and slightly good for off-roading.
Features that will be added
Here we are on everyone’s favourite part, i.e., feature all standard features of every tata product will be there in the car, such as electronic parking brake with auto hold, connected car technology, etc.
Tata is working on its new infotainment system with Harmar, which will provide us with considerable screen size, and 360-degree camera support to emerging in the new market company is also working on the ADAS technology
Price and Launch
We can expect the facelift somewhere around early-2023 to mid-2023, and as I told you back, the facelift will be on the affordable side, so the price of its base variant is expected to be Rs 13 lakhs(ex-showroom).
